For more than a decade, Therese Virserius Design had built a successful hospitality design company based on her own reputation and expertise. A strategic push for more projects in Europe and Africa led Therese to reach out to her sister, an accomplished fine artist in Paris. The discussion led to the addition of a new creative director, a permanent footprint in Paris, and expanded offerings for its hotel owner and developer clientele.
To take the firm to the next phase of its growth, the focus needed to shift from a single founder story to a more globally minded studio.
Studio Tano set out to create an identity that reflected the firm’s approach, marrying a fine art sensibility with a commitment to business results. Inspired by the duo’s heritage, we created a bold visual identity for the newly named Virserius Studio.
Beyond the cohesive brand system and collateral, we also created a new responsive website and print advertising that showcased the company’s new positioning as global, unexpected, and results driven.
